Orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched in 2-3 business days and allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery within the USA however, remote areas may be slightly longer. The cost for the standard delivery is $3.99
We know what it’s like to be so busy you forget to reorder. So, if you suddenly find out you have run out of MrFab Fibers, we offer an Express Delivery option.
If your order is made before 1pm on a standard business day, we will send your package via USPS Express Delivery with a guaranteed delivery within 48-72 Hours to major cities and towns. The cost of Express Delivery is $8.99 to anywhere in the USA.

Damaged Or Incomplete Delivery
All products are thoroughly checked and are ascertained damage-free prior to dispatch. In the event customers receive damaged or incomplete items please notify us immediately via email@example.com or call at our Toll-Free 1-800-837-3240 Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time and we will endeavour to rectify the problem immediately.
How to submit your refund/exchange request
It is important that you keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and ideally retain the original packaging in the condition in which it was provided. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.

Once we have successfully received the product back you will then be entitled to a refund or replacement from us. Refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days of product receipt. If you have requested an exchange this will be done within 3-5 business days after receiving the return.
Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method. No cash refunds are available. When returning items, please send by a method that can be tracked since we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Your original invoice/ packing slip must be enclosed along with details of the reason for the return. Original postage costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable.
